Questions
Is this a legally binding signature?
It is an electronic signature — an image of your mark, drawn into the page. It is not a qualified digital signature backed by a certificate, and the badge on this page says so.
What is the difference from a digital certificate signature?
A certificate signature cryptographically binds the signer’s identity to the file and detects later edits. That needs a trust provider and an issued certificate. This tool draws a mark.
Is my signature stored anywhere?
No. It exists in this tab’s memory while you work and is gone when the tab closes. It is never uploaded and never written to disk.
Can I sign in more than one place?
One placement per run, on the page you choose. To sign a second page, run the tool again on the file you have downloaded and pick the other page. The signature stays in this tab between runs, so it is drawn once.
