Questions

Can I undo a deletion?

The original file on your disk is never modified — the tool writes a new document. If the result is wrong, reload the page and start again from the same file.

Can I delete every page?

No. A PDF with no pages is not a valid PDF, so the action is refused while every tile is selected and the reason is stated on screen.

Does deleting pages make the file smaller?

Somewhat. The pages go, and so do images used only by them. Fonts and resources shared with the pages you kept stay in the file.

Can I do this with the keyboard alone?

Yes. Tab reaches the grid, arrow keys move between tiles, Space toggles a tile and Shift with an arrow key extends the selection.
